Lindsay’s ability to conceptualize an employee learning need, identify process gaps, and problem solve to action with an applicable project plan is unmatched. Together we identified targetable metrics, specific competencies and benchmarked goals for a Performance Management program for 200+ employees. I was able to walk away motivated, with purpose for how to tackle the ask and find a solution that fit our resources of administration and the vision of our company culture.
